Several inches of snow fall across CT this weekend

Another winter storm moved into 窪蹋勛圖厙 this weekend, bringing several inches of snow and slick road conditions.

Snow began Saturday evening and continued into Sunday morning.

Most portions of the state saw between 3 to 5 inches, .

Hamden, in New Haven County, saw slightly more than 5 inches of snow. Hartford reported around 3 inches. About 2.5 inches were reported at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks and slightly under 3 inches in Woodstock.

A winter storm warning was in effect Saturday evening through midday Sunday for 窪蹋勛圖厙, as well as much of New England.

Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult, .

The storm follows another spell of stormy weather earlier in the week, which brought snow, sleet and freezing rain to portions of 窪蹋勛圖厙 and caused widespread school cancellations.

Monday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high in the lower 30s.
