黑料吃瓜网 Welcomes 12 New Members to the Community Advisory Board

HARTFORD [June 10, 2025] - 黑料吃瓜网 proudly announces the appointment of 12 new members to its Community Advisory Board (CAB). These new members represent a broad cross-section of 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 diverse population and bring unique perspectives, professional experiences, and deep-rooted community ties.
鈥淥ur mission at 黑料吃瓜网 is to serve the entire state, and the Community Advisory Board is a natural connector to our communities,鈥 said Lucy Nalpathanchil, Vice President of Community Engagement. 鈥淚鈥檓 so appreciative of these residents who volunteer their time to strengthen our reach!鈥
The Community Advisory Board plays a critical role in strengthening the connection between 黑料吃瓜网 and the people of our state. The Board reviews programming and offers guidance on cultural and educational content to help ensure 黑料吃瓜网 remains a trusted, responsive resource for viewers and listeners.
Chair Gwen Edwards, a Norwalk resident and longtime advocate of public broadcasting, shared her thoughts on the new cohort:
鈥満诹铣怨贤 has always been an authentic, unbiased source of information. As a member of the CAB, we hope to strengthen the relationship between 黑料吃瓜网 and the community it serves by providing feedback and support.鈥
These individuals join an ongoing effort to guide 黑料吃瓜网 in meeting its mission: to inform, educate, and inspire through high-quality journalism, storytelling, and community engagement.
Meet the New Members of the Community Advisory Board:
Peter DeLisle 鈥 Torrington, CT
An educator, businessman, and Army veteran, DeLisle brings decades of experience in leadership, teaching, and consulting. 鈥淚t has always presented the intellectually honest and morally conscious perspective in an otherwise complex world,鈥 he said of public media. 鈥淚 consider it an honor and privilege to serve.鈥
Mindi Englart 鈥 New Haven, CT
A longtime educator, writer, and founder of One Mom, Englart is passionate about using media to better understand the world. 鈥淟istening to CT Public every day helps me better understand and navigate our rapidly changing world,鈥 she said.
Lynn Guelzow 鈥 Granby, CT
An attorney dedicated to public and international competition law, Guelzow is also a passionate community volunteer with a deep love for 黑料吃瓜网鈥檚 natural spaces.
Artisena 鈥淎rtie鈥 Hill 鈥 Hartford, CT
A freelance contractor and certified parent/youth educator, Hill brings community organizing and public speaking experience. 鈥満诹铣怨贤 brings me joy!鈥 she said.
Logan Johnson 鈥 New Haven, CT
A writer, designer, and researcher with extensive media and UX experience, Johnson currently works at Meta and is a member of the Horror Writers Association. 鈥淚 believe in [public media鈥檚] ability to connect communities and amplify diverse voices,鈥 he said.
Sheila Logan Savage 鈥 Guilford, CT
A former TV producer now working in school security, Logan Savage has a background in film and theater and is an active land steward and community member. 鈥淐T Public fills my emotional and intellectual tank,鈥 she said.
Julie Metzroth 鈥 Bristol, CT
With a journalism degree and 17 years at ESPN, Metzroth now runs a consulting firm specializing in sponsorship and marketing. She brings a wealth of media and brand expertise to the CAB.
Ellen Reynolds 鈥 New Milford, CT
Reynolds is Director of Development at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and an experienced nonprofit leader with a lifelong dedication to public media. 鈥淚鈥檓 delighted to serve as an advocate for its programming,鈥 she said.
Bobby Sherwood 鈥 Hartford, CT (Alternate)
Currently Director of External Affairs for the Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity (FREOPP), Sherwood has over a decade of radio experience and deep ties to Hartford. 鈥淎s a former radio producer, this is in my blood,鈥 he said.
Rob Stowell 鈥 Bethel, CT
Stowell鈥檚 path has taken him from industrial hygiene to middle school education鈥攁nd now to Trader Joe鈥檚. 鈥淭he programming that CPTV and CPR produces鈥 is critical to their mission,鈥 he said.
Glenn Weston-Murphy 鈥 Guilford, CT
A retired engineer and educator, Weston-Murphy has dedicated his career to problem-solving and community service. 鈥淚t is more important than ever to listen to the wide range of voices in our community,鈥 he said.
